SPT design and manufacture their own range of lodges and buildings for the leisure and holiday market as well as manufacturing bespoke and contract units for sale and rental on sites across the UK and overseas. Whatever you require, we can meet your needs:
Our modular lodges offer the following benefits:
- SPT’s Own Range – these products are designed, manufactured and sold by SPT direct to “trade customers” These are used for rental or sale on Holiday Parks, Residential Sites and Campsites.
- Bespoke Range – SPT will build single units for Park and other site operators, to their own design and specification.
- Contract Range – for business owners in the Leisure and Holiday sector SPT will manufacture multiple units to the specification levels they want. This can involve SPT designing the units or manufacturing to the customers existing or new designs.
Bespoke Lodge Design
As well as our own range of lodges, park homes and glamping pods, we can also design and manufacture to your own specification.
If you have existing designs or concepts, our in-house design team will work together with you to design and build using our SPT Advanced Modular Building System.

Lodge Manufacture
Modern modular construction methods are ideal when it comes to building lodges and park homes for the leisure and holiday market.
Panel kits are manufactured in our SIPs production unit in Driffield along with the necessary Econex build systems parts. These are then transported to our construction facility just 10 miles away in Carnaby where we have dedicated assembly lines for each build.

Chassis Construction
As these units are manufactured in our factory and delivered by road, they are constructed on a metal framed base. This makes them fully modular and easily transportable.
Modular Manufacturing
By using the SPT Advanced Modular Building System these homes can be quickly manufactured, usually in much shorter time frames than the more traditional “static” units.
Build Quality
Bsing our SIPS panels and Econex connection system the units are built to a very high standard and meet or exceed building and specification standards that exist in the industry.
Thermal Efficiency
The excellent thermal performance of our SIPs panels means high insulation levels are achieved by our lodges, making them low-cost in use. This means units can also be used in the winter months, extending the season.
Finishes
Our SIPS panel construction methods allow us to provide a wide range of finishes for our modular buildings including render, brick, timber cladding, composite panels etc. This is an advantage when it comes to planning permission and matching finishes to a particular location or environment.
Delivery and Installation
We offer a to-site delivery service which can also include plot preparation, installation on site, connection to services and final commissioning.

In the current UK holiday market, it is essential that you have something to offer that differentiates you from your competitors.
Our production methods allow you to move away from the traditional “static caravan” image and feel. You can delve into the depths of creativity when it comes to your build.
Our Lodges and Park Homes can vary in size, style and facilities offered. Whether it’s a unit from our own range or a bespoke or contract design we can manufacture multiple bed units with family bathrooms, or we can incorporate bedrooms with en-suites with no limits – if you can think it, we can design it!
We create large living and dining spaces to entice your client and their guests into an airy open space, with a fully fitted kitchen built to your specification.
Bedrooms can include fitted furniture and sliding mirror doors to accentuate space within the lodge, and bathrooms can include walk-in or wet room style showers. Family bathrooms often include a full-size bath to give all the comforts of home.
If you would like to go that extra mile, special amenities such as indoor jacuzzies and hot tubs can be accommodated for. We can use the most modern appliances, as well as in- home technology including TV, audio and smart devices so that you always have control over temperatures, lighting and most importantly… the music!
Externally, large verandahs and decking areas can be accessed through sliding or bi-fold doors with access steps and stairways to multi-level outdoor areas can be included.
